The Landmark London’s Head Pastry Chef, Mauro Di Lieto and Pastry Sous Chef, Daniel Schevenels, have been topped winners of Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals 2023.
Mauro has labored as Head Pastry Chef for over 4 years at The Landmark London, and has labored alongside Pastry Sous Chef, Daniel, since September 2021.
