Red Cliffs Lodge Zion Makes Its Grand Entrance

Red Cliffs Lodge Zion, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott, has recently opened in Springdale, UT, following a complete renovation of the property. This hotel is proudly managed by Azul Hospitality Group.

A Vision of Adventure and Beauty

The reimagined hotel showcases a design that embodies the adventurous spirit and the natural rustic beauty of Zion National Park. Situated less than a mile from the park, this pet-friendly hotel offers 132 guestrooms, a new signature restaurant, over 1,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a fitness center, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub.

A Warm Welcome from Management

“We feel honored to launch Red Cliffs Lodge Zion,” said Ron Carter, GM of Red Cliffs Lodge Zion. “With this newly branded, renovated, and reimagined hotel that reflects the beauty of Zion, we are excited to deliver an enhanced guest experience, filled with warm, adventure-inspired hospitality.”

Inspiration Behind the Design

Atwater Inc Studio, the design firm responsible for the hotel’s transformation, has skillfully recreated the interiors to reflect the essence of Zion’s great outdoors. The design pays tribute to Utah’s natural wonders alongside the joys of camping and hiking, creating a space that is both modern and inviting.

Capturing the Landscape in Color

The color palette features a neutral base enriched with vibrant hues that echo the stunning landscape of Zion National Park—radiant reds of the rock formations, warm tones from the deep canyons, clear sapphire skies, and the lush greens of the grass. Central to the hotel, the lobby is designed to evoke the spirit of a campfire gathering, complete with a cozy fireplace and custom artwork inspired by the local wildlife and Zion’s spiritual significance.
