A lot-loved meals truck Wholly Schnit has parked up at Sydney’s 259 George Road meals precinct for a six-week pop-up retailer.
Friends can count on Wholly Schnit’s signature hand-made schnitzels and burgers on the pop-up location.
Among the dishes on the menu embody Wholly Schnit’s jaeger schnitzel with coleslaw and mushroom sauce; the poutine with fries, mozzarella and gravy; plus the model’s OG burger with hen schnitzel, coleslaw, cheese, chipotle, and mayonnaise.

Wholly Schnit launched in 2016 and has since grown to now have two meals vans roaming round Sydney.
“Launching within the vibrant 259 George Road precinct is an thrilling alternative to deliver our menu to a bigger viewers throughout the six week pop-up and we will’t wait to showcase what we do greatest,” says Co-founder John O’Kane.
The Wholly Schnit residency is the beginning of a sequence of pop-up ideas scheduled for the 259 George Road meals precinct within the coming months.
Wholly Schnit is open from Monday to Friday 11am to 2pm at 259 George Road, Sydney.
