Property developer and proprietor of The Carlin Resort Queenstown, Kevin Carlin, has died out of the blue on the age of 69, the New Zealand Herald has reported.
Carlin, the proprietor and operator of the six-star lodge, had not too long ago attended the HM Awards in Sydney on November 24, the place he accepted the award for New Zealand Boutique Resort of the 12 months.

The Carlin Resort and Oro Restaurant opened in March 2022 and was welcomed onto the Small Luxurious Inns of the World community simply 4 months later.
Carlin and his property improvement firm, Queenstown Views Villa Ltd., designed, constructed, and developed the property.
In April 2023, the constructing was listed on the market with the intention that the lodge and restaurant would proceed to be managed and operated by Carlin and his hospitality group.
The HM group extends its condolences to Carlin’s household, pals and colleagues.
