One among Sydney’s most iconic pubs The Toxteth Resort is welcoming summer time with a brand-new rooftop terrace.
The pub has been owned by Public Home Administration Group since 2018, with homeowners Mitchell and Harriet Waugh refreshing the venue’s interiors earlier than taking up the rooftop mission.
Often known as the Tocky Terrace, the area is providing a special expertise to company in comparison with the downstairs space.
The rooftop has been decked out with brass accents, terrazzo tiles, sales space seating, and panoramic home windows with a hero view of the town and room for 250 patrons.
“Our purpose was to create a novel rooftop gastro-pub expertise inside the Inside West,” says Mitchell.

The rooftop has its personal meals providing and is working backside brunch on weekends for $85pp which incorporates Mimosas, Hardy’s The Riddle glowing brut, 4 Pines Pacific Ale, and Bloody Mary’s accompanied by steak frites, Blue Swimmer crab gnocchi and a collection of sides and salads.
Open Monday to Thursday from 10am till midnight; Friday and Saturday from 10am till 1am; and Sunday from 11am till 10pm.
