Trak has swung open its doorways in Adelaide’s Toorak Gardens this week within the former Grimaldi’s and Trak Cinema web site.
The brand new culinary addition is the work of Quentin Whittle, Paul Tripodi, and Ben McLeod of Adelaide CBD restaurant Herringbone.
The title comes from an abbreviation of Toorak Gardens, and likewise acknowledges the Trak Cinema which was a well known institution from 1975.
Trak’s menu is tagged as modern Mediterranean with an earth-to-plate mentality and a big concentrate on farinaceous and regionally sourced produce.
