Award successful Chef, Michael Meredith is ready to open his new restaurant, Metita on Friday 27 October, on Federal St, central Auckland.
The restaurant has simply launched its mouth-watering menu, which options conventional Pasifika components corresponding to pork hock, paua and hearth roasted Tua Tua.
Michael Meredith says, “This menu is every thing I like concerning the Pacific, the meals I grew up consuming, created to share with family and friends.
