The Govt Chef and Proprietor of Melbourne’s famed Farmer’s Daughter will open Latin-American eatery Morena in November.
Morena will discover its dwelling within the historic GPO constructing in Martin Place, within the former Intermezzo area.
The 220-seat venue will see Saravia draw on his heritage with dishes from Peru in addition to from Cuba, Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina, and Brazil.
