US: Luxurious boutique lodge The Georgian has named Bre Smith as its common supervisor, promoted from director of operations.
Smith joined the workforce in April 2023 when The Georgian reopened following a restoration. Previous to this, she served as director of meals and beverage at Soho Home Chicago.
Different roles and expertise consists of the director of eating places on the Beverly Hilton, the director of visitor relations on the Ambassador Chicago and the Hollywood Roosevelt, in addition to the company director of visitor companies at Triumph Motels in New York.
She started her profession with The Ritz-Carlton Marina del Rey and went on to work at properties in Palm Seaside, Vegas, Boston, San Francisco, Abu Dhabi, Maui, Los Angeles and Puerto Rico.
Now at The Georgian, Smith will oversee 84 bedrooms together with 28 one-bedroom suites, a restaurant, foyer bar, and a basement restaurant and bar. Different amenities embrace a health centre, gallery house and a library.
The lodge was redeveloped below BLVD Hospitality in partnership with ESI Ventures. Design agency Fettle and native architect HLW led the undertaking.
