St Kilda cocktail bar and pizzeria Flour Youngster has introduced it’ll be opening a second venue on Richmond’s Church Avenue this October.
The 200-seat venue shall be upstairs to boast a eating house, excessive desk seating, plus an intimate rooftop with Melbourne skyline views.
