Future Developments in Madrid
The Radisson Collection brand is set to make its debut in Madrid with a hotel opening planned in the Alcalá 21 building, expected to welcome guests in 2027.
Project Details
This redevelopment will be a collaborative effort with Lamela architecture studio, transforming the site into a mixed-use property. It will feature retail spaces at ground level and 154 guest rooms and suites across ten floors. A first-floor restaurant and bar, a rooftop restaurant and bar, as well as a wellness center with a spa and gym are among the planned amenities.
