H. Charles “Chuck” Floyd will step down from his present function as EVP/international president, operations of Hyatt Lodges Company on Dec. 31, and, efficient Jan. 1, transition to the function of senior advisor to Mark Hoplamazian, president/CEO, Hyatt, for a interval of six months.
