Marielle, who has been with Choice Hotels EMEA since 2023, will officially join the leadership team as Head of Operations from 1st December 2024. In this role, she will spearhead the strategic development and implementation of the company\u2019s value proposition for franchisees, encompassing the full franchisee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, system integration, communication, support, and brand management.<\/p>

As she takes the helm of all operational functions, Marielle will prioritize workflow optimization, the adoption of innovative technologies, and the provision of essential training and resources to franchisees. The goal is to ensure top-tier service across the entire franchise network.<\/p>

Marielle’s focus will be on driving efficiencies and maintaining consistent, high-quality service at every location. Her contributions will be crucial in propelling Choice Hotels EMEA’s growth strategy forward.<\/p>
