Marcus & Millichap<\/a>, a prominent commercial real estate brokerage firm renowned for its expertise in investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services, has successfully facilitated the sale of the Baymont by Wyndham Grand Forks. This four-story hotel features 91 rooms and is strategically situated in Grand Forks, ND. The transaction was exclusively marketed by Marcus
& Millichap\u2019s own Bina Dhanji and Skyler Cooper from the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team on behalf of the seller, an out-of-state limited liability company. The buyer, also an out-of-state limited liability company, was identified and secured
by Chris Gomes. Todd Lindblom serves as Marcus & Millichap\u2019s broker of record in North Dakota.<\/p>
