IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced that it has recognized HotelKey’s technology platform as its first officially approved cloud-based property management system (PMS) for its limited-service brands across the U.S. and Canada. This includes popular hotel brands such as Holiday Inn Express, avid hotels, Garner, Atwell Suites, Staybridge Suites, and Candlewood Suites.
According to HotelKey, their solution offers hotel owners and operators a comprehensive property management system that enables teams to focus on enhancing guest engagement, maximizing upsell opportunities, and streamlining the IHG One Rewards enrollment process.

The rollout of HotelKey will begin at 250 IHG properties by the end of this year, with an ambitious target of having 1,500 hotels operational by the end of 2025.
