Kessler has named John Luckett as the new president of hospitality operations. Luckett brings 15 years of experience with the brand, including nearly six years as COO. In his new role, he will focus on enhancing operational strategies and nurturing corporate, commercial, and human capital across the Kessler portfolio.

Before taking on his current position, Luckett was the COO at MasterCorp Inc., where he developed strategies for hotel and laundry services while overseeing operations. As the general manager of the Grand Bohemian Asheville, the hotel was awarded the title of Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel of the Year in 2012. Luckett himself has received the Marriott Autograph Manager of the Year award and has been recognized three times as Kessler’s GM of the Year.
