The four-story hotel includes a central courtyard, an on-site dog park, and an outdoor cocktail bar offering a curated selection of craft beverages, local beers, and light snacks. Guests can also stay energized with an on-site restaurant serving breakfast, dinner, and grab-and-go lunch options, as well as a beverage bar featuring signature barista-created coffee and pastries from local favorite Alon’s Bakery. voco The Darwin Hotel also marks a significant milestone as the first IHG-branded hotel in the Atlanta area for owner Global SCR, with operations managed by the Atlanta-based HVMG, which oversees a portfolio that includes three IHG-branded properties and over 100 hotels across the country.
Since its inception in 2018 as a flexible, premium brand, voco hotels is on track to surpass its goal of opening over 200 hotels worldwide by 2028. The debut of voco The Darwin Hotel follows the recent opening of voco The Tuxon in Tucson, Arizona, and anticipates future openings in Mexico City, Cincinnati, and Laguna Hills, California in late 2024.
