Vision Hospitality Group Inc., in collaboration with The Georgetown Company and RocaPoint Partners, has officially launched the Element Atlanta Perimeter Center.
This 145-room hotel represents a significant addition to Campus 244, an adaptive reuse project situated in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket. The development encompasses 400,000 square feet of Class A office space, complemented by various dining options, bars, and ample green areas, all within a walkable 12-acre campus.
The hotel boasts environmentally-friendly features, including electric vehicle charging stations and state-of-the-art water filtration systems, aligning with Element’s commitment to sustainable and nature-inspired living. Each guestroom includes in-room kitchens, spa-like bathrooms, and the brand’s renowned Heavenly Beds. Guests can enjoy complimentary offerings such as Element’s Rise breakfast and Relax evening reception, designed to provide nutritious meals and social settings for travelers.
Beyond wellness amenities, the hotel also includes two distinctive food and beverage venues. Stäge Kitchen & Bar, a premier dining establishment, is the first of its kind in the metro Atlanta area, while Spruce Social House serves as a lobby bar featuring expertly crafted drinks and light fare.
“We are excited to deepen our longstanding partnership with Marriott International and enhance our footprint in the Atlanta market through this new hotel opening,” stated Mitch Patel, founder and CEO of Vision Hospitality Group. “Our collaboration with The Georgetown Company and RocaPoint Partners has introduced a new standard of sophistication and sustainability in the Atlanta Perimeter market. This hotel is an excellent addition to Vision’s portfolio and perfectly complements the vibrant atmosphere of the Campus 244 mixed-use development.”
Campus 244, developed by The Georgetown Company and RocaPoint Partners, has successfully attracted high-profile tenants, with over 340,000 square feet already leased to notable businesses. Current occupants include Transportation Insight, a logistics firm; Insight Global, a tech-driven staffing agency; and CT Cantina & Taqueria, a casual Mexican restaurant.
“We are thrilled to partner with Vision Hospitality Group for the launch of Element by Westin Atlanta Perimeter Center, which seamlessly aligns with Campus 244 and our vision for a top-tier creative campus that integrates office space with dining and hospitality offerings,” remarked Jonathan Schmerin, managing principal of The Georgetown Company.
