The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Tiffany Cooper as the new head of development for the Americas. In her role, she will oversee development and investment strategies within the region, with a strong emphasis on the U.S. market, Canada, and Latin America.

With over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and development, Cooper previously held the position of chief development officer for the Americas and Caribbean at Aimbridge Hospitality, where she directed the development team in implementing growth strategies in the region.
Cooper began her career at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in 1995, later rising to serve as the head of development for North America and the Caribbean. She was instrumental in driving the brand’s expansion through various hotel projects. Additionally, she has held senior roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International.
