Frasers Property Limited, along with Sekisui House, has announced plans to redevelop the 999-year leasehold site of Robertson Walk and Fraser Place Robertson Walk into a vibrant waterfront residential and lifestyle hub. Slated to launch in 2025 and reach completion by late 2028, this mixed-use development will feature a luxurious 348-unit residential community and a diverse range of dining and entertainment options, enhancing the charm of Robertson Quay in Singapore’s premier District 9. This initiative is part of the Singapore Government’s revitalization efforts for the Singapore River Planning Area, encompassing Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay, and Boat Quay.
The redevelopment will offer a gross floor area of 30,664 square meters, presenting stunning views of the iconic Singapore River and Marina Bay. It is strategically located near creative, historical, and recreational areas such as Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, Chinatown, the Civic District, Esplanade, and Marina Bay. Additionally, it is conveniently close to Singapore’s Central Business District and Orchard Road shopping area, with easy access to public transportation, including Clarke Quay and Fort Canning MRT stations, as well as the Central Expressway.
The partnership between Frasers Property and Sekisui House is structured as a 51:49 joint venture focusing on the site’s redevelopment. Robertson Walk and Fraser Place Robertson Walk will continue to operate under the Frasers Property Group until official operations end on May 31, 2025.
Since 2011, Frasers Property and Sekisui House have collaborated to leverage their extensive development experience to deliver mixed-use and residential projects in Singapore and Australia. In a recent partnership, they joined forces with City Developments Limited to develop a new residential project in Toa Payoh, marking the first residential site in this densely populated area in eight years. This upcoming project is projected to produce 777 units and is anticipated to be launched in the first half of 2025.
