Global developer KOP Limited has appointed Dalip Singh as the CEO of its hospitality division, Montigo Resorts.
With over 25 years of experience in luxury hotel management, Singh is returning to the company after leaving in 2016. He was a key member of KOP Limited for five years and played a foundational role in establishing Montigo Resorts.
His rich experience includes leadership roles at prestigious brands such as Pan Pacific, The Ritz-Carlton, Dusit International, Shangri-La, and Hyatt.
Singh’s first significant task as CEO will be to oversee the launch of Ellen Kensington in London, a 105-key property managed by Montigo Resorts, marking KOP’s entry into the urban hotel market. The company’s vision includes expanding with more city hotels across the UK and Ireland.
In addition, Singh will manage Montigo Resorts Somerset at Charlton House, a Grade II-listed 28-bedroom country house and thermal spa that opened in 2023.
Singh will also oversee two properties in Indonesia: Montigo Resorts Nongsa in Batam and Montigo Resorts Seminyak in Bali.
