Le Petit Pali, the latest gem in Avi Brosh’s Palisociety collection, has launched its third signature hotel: Le Petit Pali Brentwood. This establishment is a thoughtful reinvention of the historical Brentwood Inn, formerly known as the Brentwood Motor Hotel (established in 1947), which has long been a cherished motor lodge in Los Angeles.
Initially unveiled in July 2023 with two signature hotels in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, Le Petit Pali offers a bespoke bed & breakfast experience crafted by Brosh and his team. This concept emphasizes unique details, stunning and comfortable interiors, and exceptional locations tailored for today’s discerning travelers.
Located along a picturesque stretch of Sunset Boulevard, just west of The Getty Center and north of the vibrant Brentwood Village, Le Petit Pali Brentwood features 25 thoughtfully designed rooms. The hotel has been entirely reimagined by Brosh alongside the Palisociety in-house design team, sporting a classic center court design with four guest room buildings surrounding a central parking area. Each building showcases Le Petit Pali’s signature white and deep green color palette, enhanced with brass lighting, potted olive trees, and fragrant jasmine and cypress trees.
Inside, intimate common areas evoke a European-inspired charm, beautifully blending classic details with unexpected elements. Guests are welcomed into a cozy reception area, complete with a brick fireplace, a handcrafted leather-topped front desk, adorned walls, plaid draperies, vintage lighting, a curated library, and a complimentary candy bar. An outdoor patio features a central fountain and is equipped with Adirondack chairs and French bistro-style seating, offering the perfect setting for breakfast, coffee, or leisurely al fresco moments. Additionally, a spacious guest-only patio at the back of the property, complete with a bubbling copper fountain, lush greenery, and ample outdoor lounge seating, invites guests to unwind throughout the day and evening, with striped umbrellas for shade and sparkling string lights after dark.
The hotel’s 25 newly designed guest rooms blend warmth and contemporary aesthetics, featuring taupe-washed original brick, striking striped wallpaper, sisal rugs over reclaimed oak hardwood floors, curated art pieces, and a mix of layered textiles. Room sizes range from 190 square feet for The Queen room to 525 square feet for The LPP Suite, a one-bedroom sanctuary designed for privacy and tranquility. This suite can connect with a neighboring King Patio room to create a unique two-bedroom, two-bathroom hideaway. The suites also boast full kitchens with all the comforts of home, private patios bathed in sunlight, and stylish outdoor furnishings, along with potted plants. Each Le Petit Pali guest room is thoughtfully equipped with Diptyque bath amenities, luxurious Bellino linens, plush robes and slippers, Marshall speakers, SMEG mini-fridges, and a curated mini bar featuring locally sourced items—a hallmark of the Palisociety brand.
A well-thought-out complimentary breakfast basket is delivered to each room daily, featuring pastries from local Brentwood bakery Clark Street, seasonal fruits and yogurt, Marmalade Grove preserves, La Colombe coffee, and more, perfect for enjoying in-room or as a delightful picnic on the hotel lobby patio. As the evening approaches, freshly baked cookies are placed in each guest room as a sweet conclusion to the day.
Le Petit Pali Brentwood is officially open in Los Angeles, marking Palisociety’s eighth hotel in the city. The brand plans to expand further in 2025 and beyond, with new locations in Laguna Beach and St. Helena, California.
