In the United States, PM Hotel Group, a management company, has announced its merger with fellow hotel management firm Sightline Hospitality.
This merger will enhance PM Hotel Group’s portfolio by adding a total of 22 properties, both operational and in development, primarily under its lifestyle division, Modus by PM Hotel Group.
Sightline Hospitality’s brands, including the nature-centric RESET and the adventure-oriented evo Hotels, will now become part of PM Hotel Group’s offerings.
This collaboration will also broaden PM’s presence in mountainous regions and along the West Coast, with the new venture marking the group’s entrance into the Hawaiian Islands.
The merged company will continue to operate under the PM Hotel Group name, which now encompasses roughly 85 hotels and resorts throughout the United States.
