Pyramid Global Hospitality, a third-party management firm, has merged its European division, Hamilton Pyramid Europe, with Axiom Hospitality, a hotel management company.
This merger will expand Pyramid’s European portfolio by incorporating over 30 additional properties. Together, the newly formed management company will manage more than 48 hotels and provide over 8,000 keys, alongside a mix of existing and upcoming projects.
After a transition phase expected to last until early 2025, Jamie Lamb and Alex Pritchard, the co-founders of Axiom, will lead the new European entity.
Lamb expressed enthusiasm, stating, “Alex and I are thrilled for Axiom Hospitality to become part of the Pyramid Global family. We are eager about this merger and are committed to delivering exceptional management solutions for top hotel owners in the industry. Our combined entity will prioritize listening to clients, improving performance, and achieving unparalleled results in the white label hotel management sector.”
Warren Fields, CEO of Pyramid Global Hospitality, remarked, “Our combined European platform with Axiom Hospitality will strengthen our commitment to operational excellence and to achieving outstanding results for our esteemed clients. In Jamie, Alex, and the entire Axiom team, we recognize a management approach similar to our own, characterized by a shared dedication to our owner clients and a people-centered culture. We are confident that, in the months and years ahead, the market will witness our expertise and professionalism.”
Earlier this year, Pyramid announced plans to broaden its management services into the workplace sector.
