GENERATOR has partnered with Thailand’s Wonderfruit festival to take charge of its Boutique Camping village for the upcoming December event, marking the brand’s first venture into Asia’s socially-driven hospitality scene.
This globally acclaimed hospitality brand will offer snug camping accommodations for festival attendees, known as ‘Wonderers,’ drawing inspiration from its design-oriented properties worldwide. Guests can choose from private, air-conditioned bell tents and RVs, along with the unique industry-first dorm-style booking option, allowing solo travelers to share a three-bed tent.
This shared accommodation option offers a budget-friendly way for guests to enjoy the luxury of onsite camping while fostering new connections during their stay. Generator will enhance the experience through custom gamification and unique programming in the Boutique Camping village, carefully designed to promote social interactions and create lasting memories.
Boutique Campers will have the opportunity to participate in activities such as community-curated art installations, music sessions, and a variety of social games inspired from around the world, all designed to spark conversation. From famous games like beer pong and giant Jenga to Mölkky—a Finnish throwing game similar to bowling—the village will transform into a vibrant social hub, complete with its own restaurant and bar.
