Global hospitality brand Millennium Hotels and Resorts has reintroduced its loyalty program, MyMillennium, along with a new initiative called MyMillennium BIZ.
MyMillennium features three membership tiers: Classic, Silver, and Prestige, each offering enhanced perks as members advance.
Currently, the program consists of two membership levels: Member, for those who stay up to nine qualifying nights, and Prestige, for those who stay 10 or more qualifying nights within a calendar year.
In 2025, an intermediate Silver tier will be added for members who have completed 10-19 qualifying nights, while those with 20 qualifying nights will be categorized under the Prestige tier.
The loyalty program is aligned with Millennium’s five brand pillars, which include:
• Innovative food and beverage options
• Commitment to sustainability
• Emphasis on digital innovation
• Tailored guest experiences
• Focus on wellness offerings
Members can earn and redeem rewards across Millennium’s portfolio, enjoying benefits in stays, dining, and online shopping with over 100 brands through the MyRewards platform.
Carolyn Wishnowski, Millennium Hotels and Resorts’ director of global branding, marketing, and loyalty, stated: “The rebranding of MyMillennium has come after extensive research and hard work. We aimed to create a program that delivers significant, personalized experiences where members can earn and use their MyPoints in ways tailored to their travel preferences.”
“Our objective is to enable our members to celebrate significant life events, whether they’re crossing off destinations from their bucket list or enjoying a brief business trip with ease and comfort,” she added.
Additonally, Millennium has launched MyMillennium BIZ, a new loyalty program aimed at corporate bookers, replacing the previous MyMillennium Pro. Key benefits include:
• Earning four MyPoints for every USD$1 spent on corporate room bookings and MICE services
• A bonus of 7,500 MyPoints for first-time business stays
Saurabh Prakash, interim chief operating officer and chief commercial officer at Millennium, noted: “The relaunch of MyMillennium and the introduction of MyMillennium BIZ highlight our dedication to providing valuable benefits to our cherished guests and corporate clients. These programs are crafted not only to reward loyalty but also to understand our guests’ evolving travel needs better.”
“By aligning with our brand’s core principles—thoughtful service, memorable experiences, quality, consistency, and sustainability—we ensure that both leisure and business travelers enjoy a personalized, seamless experience that enhances their journey with Millennium Hotels and Resorts,” he concluded.
