Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, a global luxury lifestyle hospitality group, has appointed four new members to its senior leadership team.
Jillian Katcher has joined the company as the vice president of operations for the Americas. She previously held the position of president at Twin Bridges Hospitality.
With her extensive experience in hotel operations and asset management, Katcher will lead operational strategies across the Americas, collaborating with regional vice presidents and managing directors to support pre-openings and strengthen key stakeholder relationships.
Natacha Cuvelier has come on board as the vice president of CRM global, based in Rosewood’s Hong Kong corporate office. Previously with Accenture, she will oversee the creation and execution of Rosewood’s global CRM strategy, aiming to improve guest experiences through data-driven insights and personalized communication.
Mitchell Laufer has been appointed vice president of legal for the Americas and will work from the corporate office in Los Angeles. Coming from Irongate Group, Laufer will provide legal counsel across the group’s various business sectors, including development and operations.
Jonne Buijtels takes on the role of vice president of legal for EMEAC, working from the Amsterdam office. He joins Rosewood from Sonder and will deliver legal strategy and support for development initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.
