Orée Boulangeries is excited to unveil its 2024 Festive Menu, designed to celebrate the spirit of Christmas with an irresistible selection of seasonal sandwiches, salads, breads, and pastries. Each item is meticulously crafted using the finest artisanal ingredients sourced from across France, and baked fresh every day. Combining traditional recipes with a touch of French artistry, Orée captures the essence of the holiday season in every delectable bite.
The highlight of the menu is the Turkey & Pastrami Noël Sandwich, which combines all the flavors of a Christmas feast in one delightful sandwich. It features layers of turkey, pastrami, roasted carrots and parsnips, and savory vegetable stuffing nestled in a soft challah bun, topped with spinach, cranberry mayonnaise, and cranberry sauce. For those seeking a vegetarian option, the Brie & Cranberry Petit Pain offers a warm sourdough roll filled with Brie, Emmental cheese, wild rocket, sweet onion chutney, and vegan cranberry mayonnaise.
Lighter fare is available too, such as the Noël Roasted Vegetable Salad, which mixes roasted carrots, parsnips, sweet potatoes, and Brussels sprouts atop a bed of lettuce, garnished with dried cranberries and honey mustard vinaigrette. Alternatively, the Orange & Goat’s Cheese Side Salad combines leafy greens, pomegranate seeds, goat’s cheese, and orange slices, drizzled with honey mustard vinaigrette.
Don’t miss the freshly baked breads on the menu. The Walnut & Cranberry Bread, made with premium French flour and studded with walnuts and dried cranberries, is a seasonal delight. For a richer option, try the Chocolate Bread, made with dark cocoa and chocolate chips—perfect when toasted with butter or enjoyed alongside cheese.
On the sweeter side, Orée’s pastries bring festive favorites to life. The Mince Pie Danish features flaky croissant pastry filled with spiced mincemeat and lightly dusted with sugar. The Sticky Toffee Tree offers a playful Christmas tree-shaped version of sticky toffee pudding, drizzled with rich butterscotch sauce. For dessert, consider the Mini Berry Bûche, featuring raspberry mousse with zesty Kalamansi, or the Chocolate & Praline Bûche layered with chocolate mousse and hazelnut praline. And for a whimsical treat, try the Candy Cane Éclair, filled with vanilla cream and topped with festive decorations.
