The Residence Inn Ocean Township in Oakhurst, NJ, has opened. The 114-suite property is owned by Peachtree Group.
The property was built in 11 months by Briad Construction Services, a division of The Briad Group led by Chuck Pagnotta, SVP, construction and design.

The hotel is close to attractions such as Monmouth Racetrack, Asbury Convention Hall & Stone Pony, PNC Arts Center and Two River Theatre. Jersey Shore Medical Center, Monmouth Medical Center, K. Hovnanian Children’s Hospital and Early Naval Base are also nearby.
