Meanwhile, the EVEN Hotel Portland – Beaverton features 90 rooms and is owned by Timberland Hotel Ventures & Holdings, LLC, with operations managed by Maps Hospitality. Both properties are designed according to the brand’s newly refreshed prototype, featuring a contemporary design, updated restaurant concept, and innovative in-room fitness amenities.
